6. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and your use of this site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the Courts of England and Wales.
*Health insurance from £14.64 per month. *12.77% of our customers can obtain cover at a cost of £14.64 per month (£3.38 per week). This is based on someone living outside of Central London, who is 31 years of age at commencement, and taking out an "Essentials" plan with a nil excess and WPA’s current promotion. The plan covers all eligible in and day-patient treatment. Diagnosis of ailments would need to be arranged by the NHS or self-funded. Other exclusions apply and other plans are available. Analysis based on customer data for 2018.
Price Match Guarantee. Our partner can reserve the right to withhold and/or refuse payment where suspected that any false or fraudulent claim is being made. The price match can only be used on a like for like product and the policy details must be exact and excluding any commission sacrifice. The price match is only available against products in our partners portfolio. Proof will be required of the product price in the form of competitor's written quotation or the advertisement by the competitor. They may call the competitor to verify the lower price. All offers by competitors must be available upon date of purchase. This may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. This offer is only applicable to the first year premium. This Guarantee is only valid for 30 days following the policy enrolment date. This Guarantee only covers payments made by the policy holder.
Up to 50% off is available to customers who have not held an Aviva policy for at least 12 months. This discount is based on someone choosing an Aviva NCD 12 policy including 2 months free, with a 6 week option using Aviva’s Trust hospital list.

VitalityHealth provides access to some of the best specialists and hospitals in the UK. Their rewards programme incentivises customers to lead a healthy lifestyle, with discounts from their selected partners, including Virgin Active, Cineworld and Eurostar.
WPA Health Insurance
WPA offers flexible levels of cover and discounts to those who are self-employed or non-smokers. Competitive in price, plans start from under £10 per month and each plan has its own key benefits.
The Exeter Health Insurance
The Exeter considers all clients as members rather than customers. Offers a discount based on smoker status and BMI, and free policies to children under 5. Other benefits include a GP Helpline and a private prescription service.
