The information captured on these pages is used to match you with a qualified adviser. All of these advisers are regulated by the FCA. We capture:

  • Postcode - to match you with an adviser local to you
  • Advice you are looking for - to match you with an adviser who is able to help you

  • We capture both email and telephone number so that if we are unable to reach you on the phone, we can contact you via email to schedule the best time to call you

In addition, we may collect your IP address and use cookies (see our cookie policy below) unless you configure your web browser not to accept them.

Completing our Initial Enquiry Form

If you contact us via the web form on our website or submit an enquiry on one of our landing pages, your data will be protected by a secure socket layer. The main website is hosted on a dedicated server in IOMart’s datacentre, all other enquiry pages are hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS). Google analytics is used to gather user data, such as number of visitors to a page. This data is used to improve our pages so that they meet your needs. We also use the a tracking service to improve your experience through making the interactive elements on the page easier to use.

Data collected through form inputs is stored in a database on AWS. The data is securely transferred to, where it is distributed to a partner who is best placed to meet your needs. Your data is stored on AWS for a maximum of 30 days, after which, it is deleted.

Additional to this, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your request for service. This communication also informs you which of our partners you have been connected with. This email communication is sent using
